Die verschiedenen Details des Originals sind im Modell originalgetreu wiedergegeben, beispielsweise die N\u00e4hte des Sitzes, die \u00d6ffnung des Sicherheitsgurtes und andere kleinste Details. Es ist faszinierend, und man fragt sich unwillk\u00fcrlich, wie so etwas hergestellt wird.<br>Tats\u00e4chlich ist die Herstellung von Diecast-Modellautos viel komplexer als gedacht. Um die Details eines echten Fahrzeugs originalgetreu nachzubilden, ist ein reales Fahrzeug als Vorlage unerl\u00e4sslich. Ein echtes Fahrzeug weist Hunderte von Details auf. Um diese Details in ein Modellauto zu integrieren, m\u00fcssen Dutzende von Modellbauingenieuren sie einzeln vergleichen und unz\u00e4hlige Zeichnungen \u00fcberarbeiten, bis das Modell dem Original entspricht. Obwohl es heutzutage m\u00f6glich ist, mithilfe moderner 3D-Scanner Daten von realen Fahrzeugen zu erfassen, erfordert die feine Anordnung der Elemente dennoch einen sorgf\u00e4ltigen Vergleich und wiederholte Anpassungen durch die Ingenieure. Die 3D-Daten des realen Fahrzeugs bilden lediglich die Grundlage f\u00fcr die Modellherstellung, vergleichbar mit einem Skelett. Dieses Skelett wird St\u00fcck f\u00fcr St\u00fcck erg\u00e4nzt und formt schlie\u00dflich den vollst\u00e4ndigen K\u00f6rper, sodass die Form exakt erhalten bleibt.<br>Die oben genannten Schritte stellen jedoch nur ein Drittel des Herstellungsprozesses von Druckguss-Modellautos dar. Die Entstehung eines detailgetreuen Modellautos erfordert mindestens Hunderte solcher Arbeitsschritte. Es ist uns nicht m\u00f6glich, jeden einzelnen Schritt hier zu erl\u00e4utern. Sie wurde gerade aus einer Druckgussmaschine geformt. Sie besteht aus schwarzem ABS-Kunststoff. Man erkennt ihre Grundform. Anhand dieser Grundform kann man erkennen, dass es sich um die rechte innere T\u00fcrverkleidung handelt.<br>Welchen Prozess durchl\u00e4uft das Modell also, bis es schlie\u00dflich zum Verkauf angeboten wird?<br>Ich habe diesen Prozess in ein langes Bild umgewandelt, damit jeder seinen Wachstumsprozess besser verstehen kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"247\" height=\"1030\" src=\"https:\/\/www.paudimodel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/inner-door-panel-247x1030.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-71615\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.paudimodel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/inner-door-panel-247x1030.jpg 247w, https:\/\/www.paudimodel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/inner-door-panel-72x300.jpg 72w, https:\/\/www.paudimodel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/inner-door-panel-360x1500.jpg 360w, https:\/\/www.paudimodel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/inner-door-panel-169x705.jpg 169w, https:\/\/www.paudimodel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/inner-door-panel-300x1250.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.paudimodel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/inner-door-panel-450x1875.jpg 450w, https:\/\/www.paudimodel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/inner-door-panel-8x32.jpg 8w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 247px) 100vw, 247px\" \/><figcaption>Innent\u00fcrverkleidung f\u00fcr Modellautos<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Wie man auf dem Bild sieht, waren mindestens sechs Arbeitsschritte n\u00f6tig. Zuerst wurde die Montageplatte von Schwarz auf Beige umlackiert, dann der Handlauf. Im dritten Schritt wurde die Montageplatte am Fenster von Schwarz auf Blau ge\u00e4ndert. Im vierten Schritt wurde der T\u00fcr\u00f6ffnerknopf von Schwarz auf eine galvanisierte Farbe umlackiert. Im f\u00fcnften Schritt wurde der Bedienknopf der Armlehne montiert und im sechsten Schritt die Ablagebox angebracht. Abschlie\u00dfend wurde die T\u00fcr des Modellautos montiert.<br>Ich m\u00f6chte allen mitteilen, dass diese 6 Schritte von 6 verschiedenen Stationen und 6 verschiedenen Mitarbeitern am Flie\u00dfband ausgef\u00fchrt werden m\u00fcssen. Jede Station ben\u00f6tigte durchschnittlich etwa 1 Minute, das hei\u00dft, 6 Personen brauchten 6 Minuten f\u00fcr die Endmontage der inneren T\u00fcrverkleidung. Jedes Paudi-Modellauto im Ma\u00dfstab 1:18 besteht aus mindestens 200 Teilen. Wenn 6 Mitarbeiter ein komplettes Paudi-Modellauto montieren, dauert dies 1200 Minuten. Mit 60 Mitarbeitern verk\u00fcrzt sich die Arbeitszeit auf 120 Minuten.<br>Viele Freunde haben mir erz\u00e4hlt, dass moderne Automatisierungsanlagen die Effizienz steigern k\u00f6nnten. Leider l\u00e4sst sich die Herstellung von Druckgussmodellautos nicht automatisieren, da jedes Auto eine andere Struktur hat \u2013 selbst bei Modellen derselben Marke. Daher kann kein Hersteller von Druckgussmodellautos eine vollautomatisierte Produktion realisieren und ist auf traditionelle Handarbeit angewiesen.
