Die Druckgusstechnologie wird durch den Einsatz modernster Technologien weiterentwickelt, stellt aber gleichzeitig h\u00f6here und strengere Anforderungen an die Modellautos selbst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Welche neuen Technologien sind also f\u00fcr die Oberfl\u00e4chenbehandlung von Druckguss-Modellautos erforderlich? An erster Stelle stehen gute mechanische Eigenschaften, lange Lebensdauer, hohe Druckgussleistung und hohe Druckgussgenauigkeit. Daher erfordert die Herstellung von Simulationsautomodellen eine pr\u00e4zisere Bearbeitung der Oberfl\u00e4che der Druckgussform. Im Vergleich zur herk\u00f6mmlichen W\u00e4rmebehandlung besteht die Verbesserung darin, moderne Oberfl\u00e4chenbehandlungsverfahren einzusetzen, um eine glatte Oberfl\u00e4che, hohe Pr\u00e4zision und lange Lebensdauer der Gussform zu erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li><strong>Der Prozess der Ver\u00e4nderung der Oberfl\u00e4cheneigenschaften<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Ver\u00e4nderung der Oberfl\u00e4cheneigenschaften bezeichnet die gezielte Anpassung der physikalischen und chemischen Eigenschaften der Oberfl\u00e4che von Automobilformen durch physikalische oder chemische Verfahren, um sie besser an die Produktionsanforderungen anzupassen. Im Allgemeinen gibt es zwei Techniken zur Ver\u00e4nderung der Oberfl\u00e4cheneigenschaften: Oberfl\u00e4chenerw\u00e4rmung, -aufweitung, -durchdringung und Laserbehandlung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.<strong> galvanisches Verfahren<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beim Galvanisieren wird eine Schicht eines Beschichtungsmaterials auf die Form aufgebracht. Dies kann beispielsweise durch das Aufbringen einer Schutzschicht auf die Form erfolgen, ohne deren physikalische Eigenschaften zu ver\u00e4ndern. G\u00e4ngige Galvanisierungsverfahren sind unter anderem die Galvanisierung von Glas, Stanzteilen, Kunststoffen und Gummi. Da sich die Ergebnisse unterscheiden, ist es notwendig, das am besten geeignete Beschichtungsverfahren entsprechend der jeweiligen Einsatzumgebung und den spezifischen Bedingungen auszuw\u00e4hlen. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paudimodel.com\/about\/\">der Automodellhersteller<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Allgemeinen besteht das wichtigste Merkmal der Beschichtung von Druckgussmodellen darin, die Verschlei\u00dffestigkeit, Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit sowie K\u00e4lte- und Hitzebest\u00e4ndigkeit der Form zu verbessern. Formen werden meist in Umgebungen mit wechselnden Temperaturen eingesetzt und sind daher h\u00e4ufig im Gebrauch. Das g\u00e4ngigste Galvanisierungsverfahren ist die PTFE-Verbundgalvanisierung.
