The various details of the real car are reflected in the model, for example, the stitches of the seat, the seat belt mouth and other minute details. While it&#8217;s amazing, you will be curious about how this is made.<br>In fact, the manufacturing process of die-cast model cars is much more complicated than we thought. Because if you want to replicate the details of a real vehicle, you can\u2019t do without the reference of the real vehicle. A real vehicle has hundreds of details. If you want to integrate these details on a model car, you can\u2019t do without dozens of model car manufacturing engineer compared them one by one, and passed countless drawing revisions until it was consistent with the real car. Although it is possible to collect real vehicle data through advanced 3D scanners at this stage, the subtle layout still requires careful comparison and repeated modification by engineers. The 3D data of the real vehicle is only a basis for model car manufacturing, just like a skeleton. The skeleton is enriched bit by bit, and finally becomes a complete body, so that it will not deviate from the shape.<br>However, the content mentioned above is only one-third of the steps in the die-cast model car manufacturing process. The birth of an exquisite model car requires at least hundreds of such processes. We have no way to introduce each process to everyone one by one. It has just been formed from a die-casting machine. It is a pure black ABS material. You can see that it has a basic shape. The first step is to change the color of the mounting board from black to beige, the second step is to change the handrail from black to beige, and the third step is to approach the window. The mounting board changed from black to blue, the fourth step is to change the door opening button from black to electroplated color, the fifth step is to install the armrest control key to the parts, and the sixth step is to install the storage box to the parts . Finally, the door of the model car is installed.<br>I want to tell everyone that these 6 steps need to be completed by 6 different stations and 6 different workers on the production line. Each station took about 1 minute on average, that is, it took 6 minutes for 6 people to complete the final assembly of the inner door panel. Each 1\/18 scale model car of Paudi Model has at least more than 200 parts. If 6 workers assemble a complete Paudi die-cast model car, it will take 1,200 minutes to complete. If 60 workers are installed together, it will still take 120 minutes to complete. It takes 60 minutes for 120 workers.<br>Many friends told me that advanced automation equipment can be used to improve efficiency. Unfortunately, the die-cast model car industry cannot be automated, because the structure of each car is different, even if it is the same brand of cars, their structure is still different. Therefore, no die-cast model car manufacturer can realize automated production and can only rely on traditional manual production.
