1/20 Scale EHang VT35 Die-cast Model Aircraft
This 1:20 officially authorized scale model of the EHang VT35 is exclusively developed and manufactured under commission by Paudi Model, a leading high-end aviation and automotive model manufacturer. It is precisely scaled to 1:20 in strict accordance with EHang’s original factory CAD data, serving as a highly authentic reproduction of the VT35’s real aircraft design and engineering details.
The VT35 is EHang’s next-generation long-range pilotless passenger eVTOL, officially unveiled on October 13, 2025, in Hefei, Anhui Province. Building on the foundation of the earlier VT30 prototype, the VT35 is an upgraded lift-and-cruise model designed for medium- to long-range applications including intercity, cross-sea, and cross-mountain transportation. With its autonomous flight capability, point-to-point efficiency, and eco-friendly electric propulsion, the VT35 is set to play a pivotal role in advancing the low-altitude aerial mobility ecosystem from urban to intercity corridors.

The main body of the model is integrally die-cast from high-purity zinc alloy, supplemented by a variety of high-precision composite materials such as ABS engineering plastic, high-simulation rubber, and metal photo-etched parts, balancing structural strength and detail expressiveness. The body surface adopts the industry’s top three-layer electrostatic spraying process (electrophoretic primer + original factory color paint + high-gloss clear coat). After multiple manual polishing and constant-temperature baking processes, the paint finish is uniform and plump with a gloss level close to that of the real aircraft. It also features excellent scratch resistance and anti-aging properties, ensuring long-term preservation without easy fading.
In terms of detail restoration, the model achieves comprehensive engineering-level replication: the tandem-wing layout with a two-seat configuration is faithfully reproduced, along with eight distributed lift propellers and a pusher propeller at the rear of the fuselage. The cabin interior fully presents the VT35’s human-machine interaction interface, ergonomic seating arrangement, and ambient LED lighting system, capturing the futuristic cockpit design that defines this next-generation air taxi.
The aircraft measures approximately 8.26 meters in length, 8.16 meters in wingspan, and 3.09 meters in height, with a maximum takeoff weight of 950 kg. At 1:20 scale, the model captures the VT35’s remarkably compact footprint—a design feature that reduces ground operational risks and enhances compatibility with existing EH216-S vertiports, including parks, rooftops, and parking lots.
As EHang’s next-generation long-range pilotless passenger eVTOL, the VT35 represents a significant evolution from the VT30 prototype. It employs eight distributed lift propellers for vertical take-off and landing, transitioning to a pusher propeller and fixed wings for efficient cruise flight. With a fully loaded design range of approximately 200 kilometers and an economy cruise speed of ≥216 km/h, the VT35 delivers both long-range capability and compact versatility. It is engineered to transform intercity aerial travel into a safe, routine, and sustainable mobility solution.
The standard version of the VT35 in the China domestic market carries an official price of RMB 6.5 million. The Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) accepted EHang’s type certificate application for the VT35 in March 2025, and the aircraft is currently undergoing airworthiness certification with internal testing and experimental flights progressing steadily.
