当我们观赏手中的汽车模型时，有一种赏心悦目的感觉。真实汽车的各个细节被的体现在模型上，例如，座椅的缝线，安全带口等微小细节。让人惊叹的同时你会好奇这是如何制作出来的。 事实上，汽车模型的制作工艺比我们想象的要复杂的多。因为要复制真实车辆的各个细节，那就离不开真实车辆的参考物，一辆真实的车辆有数百个细节，要把这些细节一一体现在模型车上，那就离不开数十个模型车制造工程师一一的对照，并且通过无数次的图纸修改，直到与真实车辆一致。虽然，现阶段可以通过先进的3D扫描仪采集真实车辆的数据，但是细微的布局，仍然需要工程师仔细对照和反复修改。真实车辆的3D数据仅仅模型车制造的一个基础，就像一个骨架一样，在这骨架上一点一点的丰富起来，最终成为一个完整体，这样就不会偏离形状。 然而，上面所说的内容，仅仅是汽车模型制造过程的1/3工序。一辆精致的模型车的诞生，至少还需要上百个这样的工序。我们没有办法把每个工序一一的向大家介绍。今天，主要说说模型车其中的一个工序：内门板。 这是一个1/18比例车模的内门板，它刚刚从压铸机成型出来，是一块纯黑色的ABS料。你可以看到它已经有了基本的形状，从基本的造型可以看出这是右侧的内门板。 那么它将经过怎样的过程，最终被装配到出售的模型车里呢？ 我把这个过程制作成一个长图，大家可以更加清晰的了解它的成长过程。 我们可以从图片看到，它经过了至少6个步骤，第一步骤是裱板的颜色从黑色变成了米黄色，第二步骤是扶手从黑色变成了米黄色，第三步骤是靠近窗户的裱板从黑色变成了蓝色，第四步骤是开门键从黑色变成了电镀色，第五步骤是安装了扶手操控键的拆件，第六步骤是安装了储物盒的拆件。最终装上模型车的车门。 我想告诉大家，这6个步骤在生产线上需要经过6个不同的工位以及6个不同的工人完成。每个工位平均耗时约1分钟，也就是6个人耗时6分钟才能完成这个内门板的最终装配。Paudi Model的每个1/18比例的模型车至少有200个以上的零配件，如果6个工人装配一个完整的Paudi车模则需要耗时1200分钟才能完成。如果60个工人一起安装，仍需要120分钟才能完成。120个工人需要60分钟。 很多朋友告诉我，可以采用先进的自动化设备来提高效率。很遗憾，汽车模型这个行业无法实现自动化，因为每辆汽车的结构都不一样，就算是同一个品牌的汽车，他们的结构仍有差异。所以，没有任何一个汽车模型生产厂家能实现自动化生产，只能依赖传统的手工制作。然而，随着工人平均工资的上涨，无法实现自动化生产的汽车模型制造行业在未来，将会面临更高的成本。
