The item I received doesn’t match the description.
l Please submit the service form within 7 days of receiving the package and attach clear pictures of the item, the outer packaging (all sides), and the shipping label. If you record an unboxing video, you must provide a link to it. This will help facilitate processing your problem.
How do I make a refund request?

How long do I have to request a refund?
